WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be cancelled within one hour of placement for a full refund. Please email us immediately at hello@lilfox.miami to confirm if this is still possible.
Once our fulfillment team has packed your order, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
DO YOU HAVE A SAMPLE OFFERING?
Yes. Every order includes two complimentary, hand-poured deluxe samples housed in glass jars or bottles (3.5 ml, 7 ml, or 10 ml). Select your samples at checkout.
Please note that selections are subject to availability - if any of your choices are unavailable, our team will thoughtfully choose alternate deluxe samples for you to enjoy.
WHERE DOES LILFOX SHIP?
We ship from our Miami atelier across the U.S. and internationally (excluding Mexico, Spain, and Greece). For Macao or Hong Kong, please email us for assistance.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. We offer complimentary domestic shipping on orders over $150. Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For international orders, we offer complimentary shipping on orders over $300 (via UPS). Please note that international customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Due to the handcrafted artisanal nature of our line, returns or exchanges cannot be offered at this time because of general dissatisfaction.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the collection and products prior to your purchase. In addition, we offer samples of a majority of our products with your purchase. All you need to do is include these requests in the notes section at checkout. We want you to fall in love with the products you purchase from LILFOX.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Exchanges are not available at this time.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email hello@lilfox.miami with your order number so we can assist. Occasionally, tracking updates may take an extra day to reflect delivery, even if your package is close by.
We also recommend checking with your local postal carrier or UPS representative, as they can often provide the most accurate, up-to-date delivery details.
Please note: Orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery for confirmation.
CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM GIFT SET?

HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?
LILFOX offers e-gift vouchers worth 50 to 500 dollars. We will send you these by e-mail.
