    An order may be cancelled if it has not been processed and prepared for shipment. To cancel your order, please contact hello@lilfox.miami for immediate assistance.

    We gift ever order with 2 deluxe samples in glass. Don’t forget to select yours with checkout!

    We also offer a Perfume Discovery Set as well as a Skincare Discovery Set found in the gift section of our website.

  • WHERE DOES LILFOX SHIP?

    LILFOX ships to all addresses in the US and internationally with the exception of Mexico, Spain, Greece. Please email us for more information if you are located in Macao + Hong Kong.

  • DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

    We happily offer complimentary domestic shipping for any order of $125 or more. We ship USPS priority mail or UPS ground. Please feel free to email us at hello@lilfox.miami if you have special shipping requests.International orders will generally be shipped via UPS or DHL. We happily offer complimentary international shipping (UPS) for any order of $250 or more

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to view this information online.

  • WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

    Due to the handcrafted artisanal nature of our line, returns or exchanges cannot be offered at this time because of general dissatisfaction. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the collection and products prior to your purchase. In addition, we will include samples of a majority of our products with your purchase. All you need to do is include these requests in the notes section at checkout.

  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

  • I THINK MY ORDER MAY BE LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If you do not receive your package, please contact the Order Service team at hello@lilfox.miami (link) and include your order confirmation number in the correspondence. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue you store credit or to send you replacement products.
