Picture this: I’m planning the perfect weekend getaway at the most gorgeous tiny-home eco-resort in the Catskill Mountains. Luxe, modern designs with floor to ceiling windows for stargazing in bed, an outdoor cedar soaking tub, and voluminous robes for lounging. On call massage and almost-complete solitude. It’s going to be absolutely perfect.

I’ve chosen this place because It’s decadent minimalism at its best. I don’t know about you, but for me, luxury is simplicity. I want beautiful, earth-inspired experiences that feel a cut above the day-to-day. And, let’s be real, I want them to require minimal effort on my end.
