SHIPPING INFO

Every product at LILFOX is made fresh to order.  Every jar and bottle is formulated and hand blended and poured in our studio in Miami in small batches for potency and freshness. Orders will usually ship within 2-5 business days. Please give 3-7 business days for international orders, excluding any customs delays. 

We happily offer complimentary domestic shipping for any order of $125 or more. We ship USPS priority mail or UPS ground. Please feel free to email us at hello@lilfox.miami if you have special shipping requests.

International orders will generally be shipped via DHL. We happily offer complimentary international shipping for any order of $250 or more.

LILFOX is not responsible for any delays incurred due to international customs issues, nor any additional duties or taxes your country may require. 

No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds or duty fees beyond our control.

Due to the handcrafted artisanal nature of our line, returns or exchanges cannot be offered at this time because of general dissatisfaction. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the collection and products prior to your purchase. In addition, we will include samples of a majority of our products with your purchase. All you need to do is include these requests in the notes section at checkout.
